Consultations

Video Consultation

Designed for clients that are do it your selfers and in need of a sounding board to bounce ideas  around and get a professional opinion. Tracy can’t wait to connect with you over video (zoom) to discuss your space. During this video she can support and guide your design decisions and direction and answer some of your pressing questions. You can show your space over the video or screen share photos that you’ve taken in advance of the consult. Have your questions ready as the time is yours! Please note that this service does not extend beyond 45 minutes. If this consult sparks new ideas and excitement for additional consults, furniture and finish selections, millwork designs and or floor plans you will need to schedule additional consults or projects. Video consults are booked to take place on the first Wednesday of every month. Renovation Projects

Initial Design Consultation

Every design project starts with an Initial Design Consultation. This is a creative/discovery work session at your home for up to 2 hours. At your home we will discuss the details of your project, get to know you as clients, take measurements and photo documentation to start the design process. This is the first and very important step in starting your project! We’ll also walk you through our 8 step design process. After the consult you will be provided a custom design proposal with our design fee for your large scale renovation, or specific room remodels based on our hourly rate.

Design Projects

Following our Initial Design Consultation we use our 8 step process to create a design package that suites your project which can consist of floor plans, millwork designs, sourcing of all elements for your home including materials, finishes, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, door and hardware selections, base and casing profiles, window treatments, furniture and accessories. We present our designs to you with floor plans, elevation drawings, style boards, material samples to view and a virtual animation walk through video. You will be provided with a package that can be issued to contractors, home builders and trades for precise pricing. We can recommend contractors that work seamlessly along side us throughout the process or we can work with a contractor you provide for the project. During the construction phase we perform periodic site visits as needed and remain in communication with you and the contractor to make sure the designs are being executed to our exact design standards. A custom design proposal with our design fee will be provided following the Initial Design Consultation.
