    At Liv 4 Design Inc., we offer a range of interior design services tailored to fit your specific needs. Whether you're embarking on a new build, planning a home renovation, or looking to refresh your space with furnishings, our process ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience from concept to completion.

Residential New Build Design

    Building a new home is an exciting yet complex journey. We collaborate closely with your builder and architect to bring your vision to life, ensuring every detail aligns with your style and functional needs. Our services include:

    • Reviewing floor plans and layouts
    • Millwork/cabinetry design
    • Interior finishes and fixtures package
    • Exterior finishes and fixtures package
    • Site visits throughout the construction process to ensure design integrity

    Designs and concepts are presented through Concept Style Boards, 3D Rendered Drawings, Animation Walkthrough Videos, and Samples displayed during our presentations. Upon completion of the project, clients will receive a comprehensive drawing package, which includes floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical locations, elevation drawings, and specification booklets with detailed schedules.

    Initial Design Consultation is required to begin this service.

    Furnishing and decor selections are available as an add-on service.

Residential RENOVATION DESIGN

    Transforming an existing home requires thoughtful planning and expert guidance. Whether it’s a large-scale renovation or a specific room remodel, we handle all aspects of design to create a space that is both functional and beautiful. Our renovation services include:

    • Space planning and floor plans
    • Millwork and cabinetry design
    • Selection of materials, finishes, plumbing fixtures, and lighting
    • Custom built-in furniture design
    • Exterior Design & Finishes, including additions
    • Coordination with contractors and trades
    • Periodic site visits to ensure design integrity
    • Design Coordination and Implementation

    • Space planning and furniture layouts
    • Selection of furniture, rugs, and textiles
    • Lighting and accessory curation
    • Window treatments and custom upholstery
    • Art selection
    • Styling

    Initial Design Consultation is required to begin this service.

    This service can be added to a renovation or new build project or booked as a standalone furnishing package.

Initial Design Consultation

    Every design project—whether a new build, renovation, or furnishing—begins with an Initial Design Consultation. This is a creative, discovery-based session at your home for up to two hours. During this meeting, we will:

    • Discuss your design goals and vision
    • Get to know you as clients
    • Assess the size, scope and details of the project
    • Tour the existing space or discuss the new build
    • Take preliminary measurements and photo documentation
    • Provide expert recommendations on how to proceed
    • Walk you through our structured design process

    Following this consultation, you will receive a custom design proposal with our design fee, tailored to the scope of your project.

Consultations Only

    For clients looking for specific guidance without a full-scale design project, we offer standalone consultation services:

DIY Design Power Session

    • This A 90-minute session designed for Do-It-Yourself (DIY) homeowners seeking expert advice and direction. We'll discuss your space, answer questions, and help you make informed decisions while steering you toward the right design direction for your project. This is a question-and-answer session only - it does not include formal design plans, drawings, or material or fixture selections.
    • Following the consultation, you'll receive a recap email outlining everything we discussed.

    Please note: This service is limited to the 90-minute session. If the session sparks the need for additional services - please book an Initial Design Consultation to move forward with your project.

Paint with Confidence Consultation

    • This is a maximum 90-minute session focused on selecting interior or exterior paint colours.
    • Following your consultation, a detailed paint schedule will be provided for you or your painter.

    Please note: This service is limited to the 90-minute session. If the session sparks the need for additional services - please book an Initial Design Consultation to move forward with your project.

    Pricing

    Following our Initial Design Consultation, a custom design proposal -including our design fee - will be provided for Residential New Build Construction, Home Renovation Projects, Single Room and Mulit-Room Furnishings. The proposal will be based on our hourly fee structure.

    Consultation fees are a fixed price based on the type of service.
