About Tracy

Tracy Clipsham NCIDQ ARIDO IDC

Tracy Clipsham is the Principal Interior Designer and founded Liv 4 Design Inc. in 2014. Her passion for design, strong work ethic and ability to develop excellent client relationships are the foundations of her success. Her career started when she graduated from the Interior Design Program at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. She spent a few years working in Toronto at a Design & Property Management office and in a showroom at the Designers Walk. She returned home to the Niagara Region to enjoy its wine country and be closer to family and friends. In 2006 she completed the NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualifications) exams, allowing her to become a fully qualified Interior Design professional. Passing the exam was also a requirement for registered status with her provincial association, ARIDO (Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario). She’s worked at several Interior Design firms covering projects for the Niagara Falls tourist industry, hotels, condos, offices, wineries, shops and residential homes. She has extensive experience in custom kitchen & bath design, an in-depth knowledge of textiles, materials and colour selection, space planning in both commercial and residential projects, home renovations, exterior facades and experience working with the BOMA standards for measuring commercial spaces. Tracy's love and enthusiasm for design is evident as she works with you to transform your spaces!
